  • Join me for the first meeting in what I hope will become a vibrant community--a club devoted to the exploration of forgotten foods, the methods of preparing food, mostly by fermentation, that were part of the knowledge and culture of every generation up until our own.

  • A guest chef will prepare an n-course meal for guests.  To reserve a spot, contact xyz.  The dinner will include some beverages, but guests are encouraged to bring their favorite liquid refreshments.  A menu will be posted in the coming weeks.
